Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear pronunciation.

• Comfortable with help desk tools.
• A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and chats.
