Virtustant is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 100% remote role serving US-based clients. You will assist customers by phone, email and chat, resolving questions and processing orders with empathy and professionalism.

Excellent English communication and a problem-solving mindset are essential. You will work within a distributed team, use help desk tools, and maintain knowledge of products and policies to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear pronunciation.
