The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems on a remote, contractor basis. You will audit CRM and connected platforms, define governance, and support data integrity across billing, CPQ, and ticketing to optimize operational workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics 365), with strong SQL and API experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
