Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a remote contract basis. You will audit CRM and connected platforms, resolve data issues, and document system changes to drive operational excellence across billing, CPQ, and ticketing interfaces.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in CRM administration, strong SQL and API experience, and excellent written and verbal English.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ or ticketing.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design and sustainable governance.
