The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to work remotely on a contractor basis. The role focuses on CRM and revenue system operations, ensuring clean data, consistent policies, and scalable automation across SaaS platforms.

You will audit, reconcile, and document complex workflows, helping optimize CRM design and governance while supporting billing and CPQ integrations in a remote, SaaS-driven environment.

Formación

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
