Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote, contractor role. You will optimize CRM operations, resolve data issues, and document complex SaaS workflows across CRM and revenue platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, policies, duplicates, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
