Zusammenfassung

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator for Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a remote contract basis. You will support CRM and revenue system operations, resolve data/policy conflicts, and document complex SaaS workflows to optimize AI understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities include auditing systems, reconciling data, and advising on CRM changes with impact on billing and CPQ. Strong SaaS experience and English proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
