The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator for Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a remote contract basis. You will manage CRM operations across Salesforce and HubSpot, ensure data quality, and support integrations with billing, CPQ, and ticketing systems.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar), plus SQL and API familiarity.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.

Responsabilités

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and outdated policies.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization and governance.
