Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrators to support a Revenue Systems (SaaS) project. This remote contractor role focuses on CRM and revenue system operations, data quality, and governance across multiple platforms.

You will audit systems for inconsistencies, define business rules, reconcile data, create clear operational prompts and documentation, and assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and related revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
