Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a remote contract basis. You will audit CRM and connected revenue platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and define clear operational prompts for complex SaaS scenarios.

You will help assess impact of CRM changes on billing and CPQ, drive data reconciliation across systems, and document governance decisions. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
