Pro Coffee Gear is seeking a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a remote role. You will own the full storytelling engine across email, lifecycle flows, content strategy, and video-first creative, targeting coffee enthusiasts and café owners worldwide.

You will develop content that grows our audience, produce video and written assets that educate and inspire, and build lifecycle programs that turn first‑time buyers into loyal customers.

Formación

• 4–6 years in DTC/e‑commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for brand and conversion.
• Experience running email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo/Shopify/HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Own email and SMS strategy and calendar (campaigns + automated flows).
• Develop segmentation/personalization to improve LTV and retention.
• Build lifecycle programs: Abandoned browse/cart, Loyalty/VIP, Welcome/onboarding.
• Write scripts, website copy, blogs, landing pages, and content briefs.
• Plan and produce video content: short-form for social, educational content.
• Coordinate with creators and repurpose content for ads.
