Jobgether is seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the digital experience across product lines, driving conversions and repeat revenue. You will lead website optimization, lifecycle campaigns, email communication, and brand messaging in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with leadership, product, design, engineering, and marketing, you will turn customer insights into measurable outcomes, shape strategy, and run end-to-end experiments to lift activation,

Formación

• 4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with website optimization ownership.
• Customer-centric copywriting grounded in research and feedback.
• Lifecycle or email marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, sample sizes, and meaningful effects.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution, with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English for messaging across audiences.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving in business contexts.
• Adaptability and accountability in fast-moving environments.
• Preferred: experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
