Pro Coffee Gear is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in espresso machines and related parts. We seek a creative Community Manager to grow our global coffee community across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

You will own content creation, video editing, and social media management, coordinating with our marketing team and our Meta advertising partner. This remote role requires a track record of building engaging online communities, crafting on-brand visuals, and delivering

Formación

• 3+ years in social media management and content creation.
• Advanced video editing skills with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong photo editing abilities with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva.
• Experience with social media management tools and Meta Business Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing and photography work.
• Must align with US Central Time business hours.
• Remote work with flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form video content.
• Edit photos and maintain consistent visual style across all social media platforms.
• Manage Pro Coffee Gear's social media presence and engage with our community.
• Serve as liaison with our Meta advertising agency for campaign coordination.
• Develop content calendars and execute social media strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics.
