Remotely Talents LLC. is a New York-based jewelry brand seeking a lifecycle marketer to own the customer journey—from first purchase to advocacy. You’ll design and write emails in Klaviyo, implement automated flows, and coordinate with teams on launches and promotions.

You will optimize retention, LTV, and repeat purchases by building personalized journeys, testing, and reporting insights to inform strategy. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Formación

• 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or ecommerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and launching email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo or a similar platform, plus experience with SMS.
• Strong copywriting and a good eye for email design, merchandising, and conversion.
• Confidence using customer and purchase data to guide segmentation, testing, and decisions.
• A sense of ownership: you can set the strategy, execute it yourself, and challenge assumptions with evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop journeys for first-time buyers, repeat customers, VIPs, and lapsed customers.
• Own campaigns and automated flows end-to-end, including planning, copy, design, segmentation, QA, launch, reporting, and optimization.
• Coordinate post-purchase experiences, product care, reviews, referrals, and the path to a second purchase.
• Develop VIP, rewards, and referral initiatives based on what motivates customers to return.
• Use purchase data, feedback, surveys, and tests to understand why customers buy, return, or disengage and turn findings into next steps.
