Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta region. You will lead the full sales cycle, craft the commercial strategy, and present value through technical excellence to operators and contractors.

The role requires a deep understanding of directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and related tools, with a proven ability to negotiate contracts and collaborate across engineering, operations, and product teams to drive growth and service

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
