Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor in Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy for the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage with key operators, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality service.

The role requires deep technical sales acumen, field experience with directional drilling and MWD/LWD, and a proven ability to influence procurement and engineering stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals; maintain CRM pipelines.
