Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. The role focuses on developing and executing the commercial strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering technical value to key operators and drilling contractors.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, drive growth, and maintain CRM pipelines. A strong technical sales background and deep drilling knowledge are essential for success in this

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in directional drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement.
• Excellent communication to translate technical value into commercial terms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build relationships with operators and drill contractors such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
