AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of a regulated enterprise data platform. You will lead end-to-end platform reliability across AWS, EKS, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, and data pipelines, guiding architecture, deployment, and incident response.

Formación

• 6+ years of cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or SRE experience.
• AWS production environments: architecture, security, networking, access management, monitoring.
• Kubernetes and Amazon EKS with workload deployment and scaling.
• Argo Workflows or similar orchestration for production data workloads.
• Terraform and IaC with CI/CD and release automation.
• Observability, logging, monitoring, alerting and incident routing.
• Lead major incidents and cross-functional troubleshooting.
• SLAs, runbooks, change controls, release processes, on‑call duties.
• Experience with Snowflake, S3 data lakes, SQL, dbt, Fivetran/HVR, data pipelines.
• Python, Shell, Bash for automation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reliability and end‑to‑end efficiency of the managed data platform across AWS, EKS, Argo, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran, and Tableau.
• Lead the transition to a managed service model with discovery, risk mapping, and knowledge transfer.
• Define IaC, CI/CD, observability patterns, and release practices.
• Provide top‑level guidance for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo, secrets, access control, and capacity.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and backlog priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑platform troubleshooting and L3 incident response.
• Drive post‑incident reviews, preventive actions and RCA documentation.
• Ensure changes have reviews, validation, rollback plans, and traceability.
