AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of a data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. You will lead AWS/EKS operations, Argo workflows, and IaC practices while driving cross-functional incident response and platform resilience.

You will mentor engineers, shape platform engineering priorities, and collaborate with security, governance, and analytics teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant deployments.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform/SRE/DevOps or similar roles.
• Hands-on AWS production environments with security, networking, access management.
• Advanced Kubernetes and Amazon EKS experience, including troubleshooting and observability.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows or equivalent orchestration tool.
• Infrastructure as Code experience, Terraform preferred, CI/CD and release automation.
• Experience designing operational observability, logging, alerting, and incident routing.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reliability and end-to-end operation of the managed Data Platform on AWS/EKS/Snowflake/Tableau components.
• Lead transition to managed services, including discovery, risk mapping, and knowledge transfer.
• Define cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, CI/CD, and observability patterns.
