Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will lead AWS/EKS operations, Argo Workflows, and IaC practices while guiding cross-functional teams and incident response. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in cloud/Platform engineering, deep AWS and Kubernetes expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional cloud/Platform/SRE/DevOps experience.
• Deep AWS production environments expertise with security, networking and ops.
• Advanced Kubernetes and Amazon EKS expertise including troubleshooting and observability.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows or comparable orchestration.
• Strong IaC experience, Terraform preferred, plus CI/CD and release automation.
• Experience with data platforms and data tooling (Snowflake, S3, dbt, Fivetran/HVR).
• Proficient Python/Shell scripting for automation and tooling.
• Ability to lead incidents, perform post-incident reviews, and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Argo, Snowflake, S3, and Tableau.
• Lead transition to managed services, including discovery and risk mapping.
• Define architecture principles, IaC standards, CI/CD, and observability patterns.
• Provide leadership for AWS infra, Kubernetes, Argo, deployment automation, and access control.
• Translate needs into technical requirements and backlogs.
• Guide cross-platform decisions and incident response across teams.
• Define reliability metrics and drive improvements in automation and cost efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and align LatAm/India coverage windows.
