AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. The role demands deep AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Argo Workflows, and IaC expertise to drive platform reliability and platform engineering initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, lead major incidents, and collaborate with security, governance, and analytics teams to uphold strict change controls and data integrity.

Formación

• 6+ years in Cloud Engineering/DevOps/SRE.
• Deep hands-on with AWS production environments and networking.
• Kubernetes and Amazon EKS expertise including troubleshooting and scaling.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows for production workloads.
• Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, CI/CD, release automation.
• Observability, logging, alerting, incident routing for distributed platforms.
• Ability to lead major incidents and cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Experience with SLAs, runbooks, change controls, on-call duties.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, Bash for automation.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reliability and orchestration of the data platform on AWS and EKS.
• Lead transition to managed services and perform platform discovery and risk assessment.
• Establish cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, and release practices.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, and automation.
• Translate needs into actionable technical requirements and backlogs.
• Guide cross-platform decisions across Snowflake, dbt, ingestion pipelines.
• Coordinate complex cross-platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation.
• Direct incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident actions.
• Define reliability metrics and monitor platform health.
• Mentor engineers and ensure distributed-team capability.
