AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will lead AWS/EKS operations, Argo Workflows, and Terraform-based IaC while driving platform reliability, incident response, and cross-team collaboration. Strong English communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Cloud/Platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS production environments, including security, networking, monitoring and operations.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including workload deployment and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and end-to-end reliability of the managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran and Tableau dependencies.
• Lead the technical transition into managed services, including platform discovery, risk identification, and readiness validation.
• Establish and evolve cloud architecture principles, IaC standards (Terraform), and CI/CD release practices.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, deployment automation, and on-call responsibilities.
• Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams through incidents and post-incident improvements.
