Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships, run check-ins, vet and present candidates, coordinate placements, and drive repeat business and referrals. This is a fast-growing, founder-led offshore staffing platform with a strong referral-driven client base.

You’ll work remotely, coordinating with founders and clients across time zones, and you’ll own outcomes with high ownership and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, written communication; concise, personalized messages.
• High critical thinking with ownership of client outcomes.
• Strong responsiveness and ability to manage client needs proactively.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for existing clients after the sale.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own the client relationship through every stage of the engagement.
• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Fix issues when they arise without waiting to be told and without letting things drop.
• If a client messages at 9pm, you reply; responsiveness is a baseline, not a stretch.
