Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale client relationship, run check-ins, vet and present candidates, and coordinate placements. You will spot issues early, ensure high client satisfaction, and turn successful outcomes into repeat business and referrals.

You will work closely with founders in a fast-growing offshore staffing platform, with full ownership over client outcomes and room for growth as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients.
• Lead kickoff, check-in and escalation calls and manage engagements.
• Coordinate placements and vet top candidates with the recruiting team.
• Identify risks and act to retain clients and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure client satisfaction translates into referrals.
