Hire Overseas seeks an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale, coordinating placements and vetting candidates. You will ensure high client satisfaction, manage check-ins, and drive repeat business in a fast-growing offshore staffing platform.

This remote role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to work during US business hours. You will collaborate directly with founders and leverage a referral-driven client base to scale

Formación

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Excellent written communication and concise client updates.
• Owns client outcomes with a proactive, founder-friendly mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Be the post-sale primary contact for existing clients.
• Join kickoff and check-in calls and manage relationships through engagement.
• Coordinate placements, vet candidates, and present top options to clients.
• Identify and fix issues quickly; escalate only when needed.
• Drive referrals, reviews, and repeat business through thoughtful follow-up.
