Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to nurture existing client relationships, vet and present candidates, and coordinate placements. You will own the client journey from kickoff through renewal, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

You will operate in a 100% remote setup with USD compensation, supporting US business hours and collaborating directly with founders to scale referrals and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing existing client relationships post-sale.
• Ability to vet and present candidates and coordinate placements.
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and manage the end-to-end relationship.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls; ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
• Vet candidates, present top picks, coordinate interviews, and close placements.
• Proactively spot issues, own resolutions, and drive renewals and referrals.
