Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture existing client relationships post-sale. You will join a small team with direct access to founders, taking ownership of outcomes and driving client success through check-ins, candidate vetting, and placement coordination.

You will communicate clearly, manage issues proactively, and look for opportunities to turn happy clients into repeat business and referrals, all while supporting growth and exceptional service
