Job summary

Promet Source is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our remote team. You will generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, build relationships with target accounts, and support the Account Executive team by creating a steady flow of inbound leads.

This role focuses on understanding digital agency and software services markets, drafting compelling emails, and setting meetings with senior decision-makers (CMO, CIO).

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Experience in direct email marketing to B2B companies; appointment setting for prospective sales meetings; experience in lead generation and outbound marketing.
• Preferred qualifications: Tech B2B or agency experience; experience collaborating with product, engineering, and UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Curate target account lists and identify additional leads
• Obtain names, emails, and websites based on ideal roles (e.g., CMO, CIO)
• Conduct high-volume email outreach to prospects to set meetings for Senior Account Manager
• Verify lists are unique
• Collaborate with Senior Account Manager to sharpen business development skills
• Log activities in Salesforce
• Attend community-based events for sales support
• Create new opportunities for Promet and the Senior Account Manager from target lists
