Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and test outreach subject lines and openers to lift replies.

• Maintain a clean pipeline and follow up to keep candidates engaged.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with a personal touch.
