Job summary

atomic HR is seeking an entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to source candidates for US startups and agencies. This fully remote, LATAM-focused role emphasizes building a pool of qualified creatives and marketers, writing convincing outreach, and testing messages to improve response rates.

You’ll be mentored on the talent side and gain access to a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools. Part-time position with 20–30 hours weekly, paid weekly in USD as a contractor.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up regularly.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without losing personalization.
• Track results and adapt approach based on data.
