atomic HR, a remote recruiting startup serving Latin America, is hiring a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to research roles, write outreach messages, and promote US and Canada openings to qualified candidates. You'll work with AI tools and a dedicated sourcing platform to scale your searches.

This is remote, part-time (20–30 hours/week), paid weekly in USD as a contractor. You’ll learn the talent side with mentorship, keep a clean pipeline, and test approaches to improve reply

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle.
• Strong written English, and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Resourcefulness: handed a new tool and no script, you'd rather figure it out than wait to be told.
• Organization and follow-through, so pipelines stay clean and nothing slips.
• A competitive streak and self-motivation, because a lot of this is chasing a number you want to hit.
• Comfort with basic metrics, and the instinct to test something and adjust.

Responsabilités

• Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch
• Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so
