Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines, and optimize reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates to talk to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust approach based on data.
