atomic HR is a recruiting startup building remote roles for LATAM talent with US startups and agencies in the US and Canada. This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) role sits on our internal team and focuses on sourcing potential candidates through creative outreach.

You will research roles, write personalized messages, post roles, review applicants, and maintain an organized pipeline using AI tools for scale. No recruiting experience needed; you will be mentored as you learn.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human.
• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust strategies based on data.
