Job summary

atomic HR is a recruiting startup enabling talented people across Latin America to land remote roles with US and Canada-based startups and agencies. This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) role sits on our internal team, focusing on researching audiences, crafting outreach, posting roles, and shortlisting strong candidates.

You’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side, using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale your work. Prior recruiting experience isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Must show curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Strong written English with the ability to write naturally to a stranger.
• Resourceful attitude and quick adaptability to new tools.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep pipelines clean.
• Competitive drive and self-motivation toward targets.
• Comfort with basic metrics and a bias to test and adjust.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach messages, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles to reach the right audience.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Maintain a clean, organized candidate pipeline and follow up regularly.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without losing personal touch.
• Track performance and adapt approaches based on data insights.
