Qualifications

• Curiosity with a real drive to learn, since every role is a new puzzle.
• Proven ability to figure out new tools and tactics and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post roles and promote to reach the right people who see the posting.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and ensure timely follow ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while maintaining personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
