Job summary

Seez is expanding into the US market and seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and deployment of AI-powered dealership solutions. You will configure systems, train staff, and establish rollout best practices for the Lithia Group partnership.

The role requires hands-on management of multiple implementations, close collaboration with product and tech teams, and travel up to 50% for on-site training and deployments in US dealerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successful software deployments in enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM, DMS, or other dealership systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new dealership clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Provide support to US clients and coordinate with product and tech teams.
• Develop and document standardized implementation processes for the US market.
• Configure Seez platforms to meet dealership requirements and workflows.
• Coordinate integration with existing dealership systems (DMS, CRM, inventory management).
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for dealership staff, both remotely and on-site.
