Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to guide clients through onboarding and configuration on large-scale projects in Argentina. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver thorough, scalable solutions and ensure a smooth handoff from implementation to operations.

Responsibilities include leading client workshops, documenting architecture, training clients and teammates, and driving process improvements using AI-assisted tools to optimize delivery.

Formación

• Solid experience in client implementation and project management.
• Strong knowledge of tax rules and processes related to Sovos products.
• Excellent time management and clear English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for large, complex client implementations, managing project plans, risks, and issue resolution from kickoff through transition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete configuration tasks and produce solution architecture documentation.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans across multiple initiatives, balancing scope, schedule and quality.
