SYNC is seeking an AI Specialist to act as the internal subject matter expert for all AI/ML initiatives. You will audit company operations, identify high-impact AI use cases, and lead implementation of intelligent tools and workflows to drive efficiency and scalable service delivery.

Formación
- 3+ years of hands-on AI-focused work (AI Specialist, ML Engineer, AI Solutions Architect)
- Experience integrating AI tools, APIs, and automation to drive ROI.
- Strong understanding of model selection, cost vs. speed vs. capability.
Responsabilidades
- Identify high-value AI opportunities in existing workflows.
- Evaluate third‑party AI tools and platforms.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automations and integrations.
- Standardize AI usage guidelines and data security protocols.
