Salesforce Argentina S.R.L. is seeking Deployment Strategists to guide strategic AI deployments for enterprise customers, from discovery to live adoption. You’ll own end-to-end engagements across the value lifecycle, shaping architecture and driving measurable value with agentic AI tools.

You’ll collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, lead design workshops, manage timelines and risk, and translate business outcomes for senior stakeholders while advocating responsible AI practices.

Formación

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce platform, Agentic AI, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
• Salesforce certifications or equivalent platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes at all stages.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Manage engagement timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within your engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Vibes.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and present business-value outcomes.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize intelligent-agent benefits.
• Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the roadmap.
