Job summary

Seez is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead AI-enabled capabilities across our automotive SaaS platform. You will work closely with Engineering and Data Science to translate customer problems into scalable product solutions and to experiment with emerging AI capabilities.

The role sits near engineering teams, focusing on discovery, prototyping, and delivery while shaping how AI is embedded across dealership workflows and customer-facing experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments
• Experience working on products that incorporate automation, ML workflows, LLM capabilities, or data-driven decision systems
• Ability to define product vision, roadmaps, and manage the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align internal teams and clients
• Passion for user needs and data-informed decision making
• Strong problem solving and prioritisation skills
• Hands-on experience with product tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Understand the Market & Customer Problems and translate pain points into scalable product opportunities
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery from discovery through rollout and iteration
• Identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency, insights, and customer experience
• Partner closely with Engineering to define implementation approaches and maintainability
• Contribute to roadmap planning balancing short-term needs with long-term evolution
• Coordinate multiple initiatives with internal delivery timelines and customer expectations
• Define success metrics and use data to inform iteration and prioritisation
