Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while performing manual exploratory testing. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

This role requires hands-on testing, strong English communication, and familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools. Remote-friendly with global teams, offering opportunities to work on cutting-edge fintech platforms and secure, scalable

Competenze

4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
Experience with Playwright for desktop/web and Appium for mobile.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Experience testing Electron and React Native apps, including on real devices.
Experience using AI tools in QA is a plus.

Mansioni

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
