Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation, ensure robust manual testing, and drive quality across our platforms. You will work with cutting-edge fintech products in a remote, globally distributed team.

You will build, execute, and improve automated tests using Playwright and WebdriverIO, integrate into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers to improve testability. AI-assisted QA experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual/exploratory testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in GitHub Actions.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes with developers and product.
• Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
