Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills and hands-on manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain automated test suites, verify features, and ensure quality across the software lifecycle.

Join a global, remote team with international scope, contributing to AI-enabled QA processes and modern fintech products. This role emphasizes collaboration, fast feedback, and reliable software delivery.

Competenze

• 3+ years in software QA.
• 3+ years in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Holistic quality mindset.
• Experience writing and using Gherkin for BDD.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Agentic quality engineering skills.

Mansioni

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other tests.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fail conditions and link to bugs.
• Identify risks to product quality and process.
• Collaborate with product team across SDLC and releases.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback.
• Participate in refinement and effort estimations.
• Use GitHub to maintain automation repos and scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
