Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both automation and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. The role emphasizes building robust test suites, integrating tests into CI/CD, and delivering reliable QA coverage across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and familiarity with AI tools in QA. This is a global remote opportunity offering exposure to cutting-edge fintech platforms.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real iOS/Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
