Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain test automation suites, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure fast, reliable feedback on critical user flows.

You will investigate failures, fix flaky tests, work with developers on testability, perform exploratory testing, and apply AI-assisted QA techniques. Remote-friendly globally.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and React Native apps, including on real devices.
• Familiar with using AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
