Tether is hiring an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing with strong automation and manual/ Exploratory testing skills. You will integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to enhance testability.

Join a global remote team applying AI-assisted QA to cutting-edge fintech platforms, including desktop and mobile apps. This role emphasizes hands-on testing and reliable regression suites across technologies.

Competenze

4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real devices.
Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output.

Mansioni

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
