Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to shape how AI tools are adopted across the Service Desk and OSS. You will build and maintain knowledge content, enable support teams through targeted trainings, and track adoption metrics to drive measurable improvements in first-contact resolution.

With experience in writing knowledge base content and managing playbooks, you will generate leadership dashboards that tie metrics to business outcomes, risks, and recommended actions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns, including version control and retirement of outdated content.
• Strong written communication with knowledge base content creation and content taxonomy.
• Proven ability to track adoption and value metrics and segment insights by persona, region, and business line.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts with version notes and deprecation reminders.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to improve first-contact resolution.
• Track adoption metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) with segmentation by persona and region.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting adoption to outcomes, risks, and recommended next steps.
