Job summary

Swell, a founder-led regulated nicotine product brand, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to own hands-on growth across search, email, retention, referral, and partnerships. Based in Austin, TX, or fully remote with 9-5 CT overlap, you will build systems, run campaigns with the founders, and use Claude Code to connect tools and automate tasks.

You'll manage outreach to retailers, support field teams, and craft AI-generated visuals that match the brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build real solutions.
• Experience running cold email outreach with tools like Apollo.

Responsibilities

• Build outreach to retailers and partners: finding contacts, writing emails, tracking results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools consistent with brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to save time.
• Track results from order data and flag anomalies.
