Atomic HR is seeking a Marketing Technologist to build a machine-driven growth engine for a regulated DTC brand in Argentina. You’ll direct Claude Code, enrich lists, automate recurring tasks, and run campaigns with field teams across trade, partnerships, and owned channels. You’ll own first‑party measurement and craft clear, data‑driven outreach that scales without paid ads.

You’ll work hands-on with APIs, SQL, Python/JS scripting, and AI tools, reporting to the founders. Remote with CT overlap.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing.
• Cold outbound you’ve run start to finish with Apollo or equivalent and a sequencer.
• Comfortable with data: read CSV, write SQL, avoid bad joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript and git.
• APIs: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs.
• Eye for marketing: write clear, concrete emails; spot strong offers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine.
• Arm the field team with target lists and follow-up sequences.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle emails/SMS, retention, referrals.
• Produce in-house creative with AI tools within the brand system.
• Automate manual recurring tasks: enrichment, hygiene, QA, pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement: orders, retention, referrals, search visibility.
