Job summary

SAP is seeking a CFA Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions in Buenos Aires. You will serve as Product Owner for Business AI and Agentic AI initiatives within CPIT for People & Culture, bridging business process experts and engineers in the AI Incubation team.

You would coordinate AI roadmap across internal teams and support Skills topics. The role requires 5+ years in product ownership, expertise in SuccessFactors and AI/ML, strong communication, governance, and change management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience.
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership with AI/ML exposure.
• Certifications with SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Career Talent Development, Succession, or Talent Intelligence Hub).
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business, CS, Data Science, HCI.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with stakeholders to define problem statements and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specs, and tests for engineering teams.
• Prioritize work balancing business value, risk, compliance and tech dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and user feedback.
• Champion governance, data privacy and ethical guardrails across AI initiatives.
• Orchestrate user adoption and change management with P&C teams.
• Present product status and roadmap to P&C management and stakeholders.
